1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all contracts between Sachsentrance GmbH, Wipperstr. 7, 12055 Berlin, Managing Directors: Lea Gerlach, Pico Enrico Warmt, VAT ID: DE 451279493 (hereinafter "we"), and consumers ("Customer") via our online shop at www.sachsentrance.com.
1.2 Consumer as defined in § 13 German Civil Code (BGB): Natural persons entering into contracts for purposes which cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product displays in the shop do not constitute a binding offer but an unbinding invitation to the Customer to place an order.
2.2 Clicking "Buy" and confirming constitutes a binding offer by you. We confirm receipt by email (order confirmation). The contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs (see shop).
3.2 Payment via PayPal, credit card, Klarna. No reminder fees before formal dunning.
3.3 In case of late payment, consumer interest rate: 5 percentage points above base rate.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery mainly EU-wide, timeframe: approx. 5-15 working days after payment.
4.2 Shipping via DHL GoGreen. Shipping costs by weight (examples):
Up to 1 kg: €4.99 (DE), €9.99 (EU Zone 1)
Up to 2 kg: €5.99 (DE), €12.99 (EU Zone 1)
Up to 5 kg: €7.99 (DE), €17.99 (EU Zone 1)

4.3 Delays do not release from payment obligation unless force majeure.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.

5.2 You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (small packages up to 2 kg: approx. €5–7 DHL). We cover returns only for defects/warranty claims. We refund purchase price including outbound shipping within 14 days of withdrawal. Notice provided prior to contract conclusion per § 357(5) BGB.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Liability
7.1 Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and breach of life, body, or health. Otherwise per Product Liability Act. Statutory warranty for defects (2 years).
7.2 No liability for unforeseeable damages.

9. Jurisdiction & Severability
9.1 Exclusive jurisdiction Berlin, to the extent legally permissible (§ 38 ZPO). German law applies.
9.2 Invalid clauses replaced by next valid provision.
